Refund policy

We want you to love your Studio Clark piece.

Unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returned pieces must be in their original condition, free from wear, damage, or alteration, and returned with their original packaging.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Because each Studio Clark piece is made by hand, we reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper care.
